Early Voting Information:
In Bay County we offer 8 Early Voting sites. During Early Voting, you may vote at any open early voting site conveniently located throughout Bay County. For your convenience, all of our Early Voting sites are equipped with a Secure Ballot Intake Station where you can safely and securely drop off your completed Vote By Mail ballot. (Very Important, you may not drop off your vote by mail ballot at your precinct on election day.)

Vote-by-Mail
A Vote-by-Mail ballot may be requested for a specific election or, for all elections through the end of the calendar year of the next regularly scheduled general election. The request may be made in person, by mail, by telephone, or by email. Only a voter or a designated member of their immediate family, or a legal guardian, may request a vote-by-mail ballot for the voter.
The deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot is 5 PM on the 12th day before the election. Vote-by-mail ballots must be returned to the Supervisor’s office no later than 7:00 PM on Election Day.

Vote-by-mail ballots cannot be forwarded. If returned as undeliverable, all subsequent requests will be cancelled.
